- Aug 2025 - Nov 2025: Project Managed transition of 8 Blueberry Hotels in New York City from Opera V5 to Opera Cloud

- Oct 2024 - May 2025: Upgraded 10 Fairmont hotels in US, Canada, Hawaii, & Bermuda to EMV Chip & Pin compatible.
- May - June 2024: Project Managed 3 Marival Group All Inclusive Resorts in Nuevo Vallarta and Punta De Mita, Mexico to transition from their Legacy PMS (TCA Innsist) to Oracle Opera Cloud under the Accor Portfolio
- This included all Interfaces and Distribution Systems
- January - April 2024: Project Managed the transition of the entire IT stack of Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa, a Luxury Boutique Resort in Ontario, Canada from their Legacy Resort Suite PMS to Oracle Opera Cloud
- This included Opera Cloud OSEM, Book4Time, Silverware POS, Open Table, GIVEX Gift Cards, Web Booking Engine with Skipper via OHIP, Synxis CRS, WorldVue In Room Entertainment, a new credit card vendor, and more.
- April 2022 - December 2023: Project Managed the transition of Accor properties in North America, Mexico, & Latin America from Opera V5 to Opera Cloud & OSEM.
- Transitioned 21 Fairmont properties, 1 Sofitel (Panama), and 6 properties in Mexico during that time period.
- This also included all interfaces & CRS distribution systems for each hotel.
